This timber framed structure, inspired by the local agricultural vernacular barns and sheds was built in 1984.  The exterior is cedar board and batten with a corrugated tin roof,  and the interior is southern yellow pine.  The building is raised up off the ground on brick piers to facilitate natural ventilation for cooling in the summers.
